Founded 30 years ago, Stocks are the largest UK manufacturer of specialist wheels for agricultural tractors and produce most types and designs for other agricultural vehicles and implements. Stocks also manufacture a range of small seed and granule applicators used in the agricultural, horticultural and amenity sectors.


Wheels



  • Straddle row duals, step up and step down duals, row crop duals and bolt on dualling adaptors to convert original wheels and rowcrop wheels for use as duals

  • Row crop wheels with adjustable or fixed centres discs

  • Standard tractor wheels with adjustable or fixed centres discs

Applicators


Stocks manufacture a range of machines designed for the specialist application of small seeds and granular products used in the agricultural, horticultural and amenity sectors. All are designed and engineered for performance and simplicity, and are powered by the 12 volt DC electrical system of the vehicle and come with a choice of basic or sophisticated control systems. Good design, robust motors, consistent high build quality and the extensive use of stainless steel and plastics ensure a long and reliable working life.


The range includes:



  • Fan Jet Broadcaster - 7 models used for applying slug pellets, small seeds and granules. (more info) 

  • Micro Meters - A modular machine to accurately meter and distribute small seeds and microgranules, the Micro Meter is usually attached to rigid implements to give low cost and reduced pass operations. (more info)

  • Maxi Meter - A larger version of the Micro Meter, this machine will accurately meter and distribute large seeds, full size granules, trace element fertiliser, etc. (more info)

  • Rotor Meter - A 2 or 3 row sealed and water resistant 12 volt powered applicator to accurately and safely meter micro and full size granular material, and small seeds. Recommended for use in wet conditions. (more info)

  • Turbo Jet - A versatile and accurate 12 volt powered pneumatic applicator to meter and spread most small seeds from 8 outlets and 8 or 16 spreader plates, or blank off outlets as required to band sow with a 5 or 7 leg subsoiler for example. (more info)

  • Control Systems - MICRO METER, MAXI METER, ROTOR METER AND TURBO JET. All have variable speed feed rollers driven by 12 volt electric motors. Choose from 2 control systems - non speed related, or radar based automatic speed related output. (more info)
